Restrictions

In consideration of being granted access to and use of the our on-line services, you agree that you will not: - Use the on-line services other than solely for the legitimate business purposes of Fortegra Financial Corporation and its related entities. - Use the on-line services in such a manner or for such purposes as to violate any local, state, national, or international laws. - Impersonate another person. - Allow any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view information.

Monitoring and Recording

Fortegra Financial Corporation has the right to monitor and record information that is communicated using our on-line services. Fortegra Financial may do so as it determines necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion.
