property and casualty insurance company providing credit-related
property insurance in 40 states and the District of Columbia. The
company's product lines include collateral protection on real
estate and automobiles, credit property primarily on consumer
goods, non-file, warranty and involuntary unemployment insurance.
Insurance products are distributed through a captive sales force
and general agents. The majority of the premium generation is
developed through networks of small loan companies and small
regional banks.
